RECEPTIONIST – FRONT OFFICE
The searched resource will have the responsibility of the following activities:
- Switchboard management, telephone calls and e-mail sorting;
- Customer and supplier reception;
- General secretariat and administrative support
The ideal candidate,of roughly between the ages of 20 and 29 years old, has the following characteristics:
- Technical, commercial or linguistic diploma/degree;
- Excellent English knowledge, spoken and written;
- Medium / high level knowledge of French that allows the resource to support at least one conversation related to the required task;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite and discrete ability web surfing;
- Ability to adapt yourself to corporate information systems;
- Excellent relationship ability
Complete the sought-after profile: flexibility, precision, problem solving attitude and good communication skills.
